I’m interested in how to construct better systems, teams, and products.
By my most recent trade, I’m a product manager with a speciality in machine learning applications for technically complex problems like search, knowledge graphs, prediction, experimentation, risk, and decision-making. I enjoy operating on the edge of turning research into application where both the technical and business challenges are very much open. I’ve worn multiple hats (product manager, data scientist, engineering manager, marketer, analyst, strategist, etc) and have built solutions across discovery, marketplaces, consumer, enterprise, analytics, and finance spaces.
I started out as an investment banker and originally studied economics and finance. I spent a decent portion of my time at university teaching financial statistics and building a corporate finance program.
